Walking through the woods is relaxing, unless you run into a large spider web or across a snake. Sometimes, the lighting is just right that you can come to a pedestrian bridge such as this one and it looks like another world on the other side. It’s a bit dark. A bit foreboding. What’s over there? And where does the path go?

On the other hand, exploration is half the fun. We don’t always know what’s on the other side. There’s still a wide open world out there to discover. Even if we do run into snakes or big spider webs, we can usually see them ahead of time. Especially in urban settings with maintained paths, there isn’t a lot that can go wrong.
